Make memories with the ones you love.

A Port Fairy townhouse made for slowing down.

A multi-story house with a stone and brick facade, multiple large windows, and small gabled dormer windows on the roof. There are some plants and flowers in front of the house.

Designed for couples, friends and small families, Moyne Mill Townhouse comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two private bedrooms. Set within the historic flour mill and just a short stroll from the Moyne River, beaches, cafés and shops, it's a place to slow down, reconnect and make memories with the ones you love.

The lower level brings everyone together, with an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and powder room. Large doors open onto the private courtyard, where you can enjoy peaceful views across the Moyne River and King George Square.

The King's Suite, on the middle level, is a quiet retreat with river and square views and easy access to the beautifully renovated main bathroom. It's the perfect place to curl up with a book, enjoy a lazy sleep-in or simply unwind after a day exploring Port Fairy.

Occupying the entire top floor, the Marriner's Loft is a light-filled penthouse-style retreat complete with its own ensuite, sitting area and dedicated workspace. With sweeping views over the river and township, it's the kind of place that invites you to linger a little longer—whether with your morning coffee, a glass of wine or a good book.

Please note: Moyne Mill Townhouse is built across five levels, reflecting the character of the original flour mill. As a result, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Everything you need. More time to make memories.

  • “This house is utter PERFECTION. Totally beautiful, incredible location on the harbour and such a lovely homely place with everything you need. We wished we could’ve stayed longer. I cannot recommend it enough.”

  • "The stay at Fleur's property was fantastic. It was a short notice booking but communication was always quick and there were absolutely no issues. The property was absolutely fantastic and the location right next to the water was superb. All around it was a great stay!"

  • "Fleur was a great host, she communicated all we needed to know and replied quickly if we had questions. The house is awesome - literally on the doorstep of the boats, it was beautifully renovated so kept history to the building, the king bed was very welcome after a long road trip, and it was comfy and cosy. Port Fairy is a beautiful little place and this house is a short walking distance to outside activities and shops/cafes."
