BEFORE YOUR STAY
DURING YOUR STAY
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Just before you leave, please note:
Any reservation is accepted on the basis that the Moyne Mill Townhouse Landlord cannot be held liable in any way or under no circumstances whatsoever for any risks that the Tenant (guest and their visitors) may be involved with, including but not limited to: loss or damage to property and personal items, robbery or any kind of injury inside or outside the property of Moyne Mill Townhouse. The conduct, actions and safety of the Tenant (Moyne Mill Townhouse guests and their visitors) are the responsibility of the booking guest of Moyne Mill Townhouse. It is the responsibility of the Tenant (guest) to insure themself and their visitors adequately and act responsibly within the property.
BEFORE YOUR STAY
- An invoice will be sent to you on booking. A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking.
- The remaining 50% and security deposit is required 2 weeks prior to arrival. Details regarding access of house will be emailed once full fee is paid.
- Cancellation. 14 days out = full refund, minus bank fees. Within 14 days of stay, 50% of the deposit will refunded.
- A security deposit will be used to cover any damage to property incurred by guest, including lost
property. The security deposit will be refunded 48 hours after departure.
DURING YOUR STAY
- No Smoking or Vaping. This is a no smoking/vaping environment. Please do not smoke or vape in the house, garage or courtyard
- No Pets Allowed. We love pets, but as there is no yard for animals to easily acces and go to the toilet, we'd prefer that they didn't stay.
- Please respect our home. We ask that you treat our home as if it were your own. Show care, put pieces back were you found them and if you break something, please let us know. Should the property be damaged upon arrival, or damages occur during your stay, please report to us immediately.
- No parties or events without prior permission. Our townhouse is one of four in the old mill. Please also be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
- No additional guests, withour prior permission
- Lost keys. Lost keys, or keys that are not returned to the lockbox or keyhook on check-out will be charged at a cost of $25 per key. This will be taken from the $200 security deposit.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Just before you leave, please note:
- Extra cleaning charges may be incured for the cleaning of dirty dishes, emptying the fridge or dishwasher, removal of excessive rubbish or for a longer clean than normal. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee.
- All rubbish must be removed from the house and placed in the bins with bins placed on curb if you are departing on a Saturday or Sunday.
- All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
