$185 per night; $1150 per week

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Security Deposit
A $200 security deposit will be required, to be refunded at end of stay, unless damage to the property occurs.
Lost keys:
$10 replacement fee for house key
$60 replacement fee for garage remote

Cleaning
There is a $50 one-off cleaning fee for all bookings.

Price inclusive of:  Linen, towels, toilet paper, washing and cleaning products, cleaning, basic pantry items, tea and coffee.

Payment accepted: ​bank transfer for direct bookings
