House Rules

No smoking
This is a no smoking environment.  Please be respectful and do not smoke in the house or garage.

No pets allowed
We love pets, but as there is no yard for animals to easily access and go to the toilet, we'd prefer that they didn't stay.

No parties or events
Also, our townhouse is one of four in the old mill.  Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

Not suitable for those with accessibility issues
There are five flights of stairs in this townhouse, making it difficult to access the bedrooms for those with accessibility issues.

Please respect our property if you break something, let us know; put everything back where you found it and treat it as if it was your own.

More information regarding the house manual, access to the house and other important information will be sent to guests closer to their stay.
