Leave your cares (and car) behind.

Guests have exclusive use of Moyne Mill Townhouse, it's front courtyard and single-car garage. We recommend guests plan to park their car in the garage, leave their keys and walk for their stay, as everything you will need is in walking distance. We have also made sure that if you don't want to leave, you don't have to.  With the basics in the cupboards, books, tv, board games as well as food delivery recommendations from some of our top eateries, nooks to snuggle, private spaces and views to ponder, you'll be happy to just be. 

Like to relax with a drink? Enjoy a drink from our courtyard or take a few steps to the left to Victoria's oldest inn, the Merrijig, to the right for a beverage on the river, or straight ahead for a twilight picnic and sip on the green at King George Square. You'll have to stay three nights just to get all of these options in . . .

A holiday townhouse by the river that sleeps 4.

The interior is spacious, but intimate and has been designed with couples or small groups in mind.  The lower level features an open plan living/dining area and well appointed kitchen and laundry (with toilet). The living area opens out to the courtyard with views of the river and King George Square.

The King's Suite, is nestled on the middle floor, with views of the square and river and space to relax.  It has easy access the main bathroom. This is where you want to be when you want to snuggle, rest and retreat from the world.

The "Marriner's Loft" is a penthouse style room taking up the entire top floor, featuring ensuite, living room, a place to write and work with sweeping views north and south of the river.  It is here you will want to sit for a while and take in the view.

The townhouse has five levels and is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

"Ideally situated for exploring Port Fairy. Communication with Fleur was excellent and arrival was very straightforward. The house is lovely with nicely appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. You step out of the townhouse and you are right next to the river. Parking is free and just in front of the house."
