ADDITIONAL COSTS

Security Deposit
A $250 security deposit will be required, to be refunded at end of stay, unless damage to the property occurs.
Lost keys:
$10 replacement fee for house key
$60 replacement fee for garage remote

Cleaning
There is a $150 one-off cleaning fee for all bookings.

Price inclusive of:  Linen, towels, toilet paper, washing and cleaning products,  basic pantry items, tea and coffee.

Payment accepted: ​bank transfer for direct bookings

Great communication, great place in a great location. From the outset communication was clear and effective. the bedrooms were set up in the optimal configuration.
